This site was created after we received an inquiry from an organization seeking volunteer
opportunities for the teens in their program. It was determined that there was no
central information site for our area for non-profit organizations to join and post
their information to be made available to anyone interested in becoming a volunteer.
It is our goal to provide an organized posting of all non-profit organizations wanting
to participate in making information available to the public so they can make a decision
on where their talents can best be utilized. The site is broken down into age groups
to help you find an organization with which to work. It is also divided into service
categories (listed at the bottom of the page). You can also use the site search to
help find a specific area of interest. The website for each organization is listed
in order to provide details for their specific needs. This service will be especially
helpful to new residents.
