O.T.T.E.R. volunteers demonstrate the joy of reading by reading fun books one on one to a child for 20 minutes twice a week. O.T.T.E.R. was awarded the 2006 Governor's Volunteerism Award because it's a simple way to make a difference in the life of a child and it works!

We need people to provide lunch for workers on the same days. There are also committees for family selection, family partnering, church and community relations, finance and fundraising which actively seek community volunteers as members.
